The free brief works well when you already know roughly what you want. But if you're staring at the form wondering how big a pool your yard can take, whether the slope is a problem, or what "access width" even means — guessing leads to quotes you can't compare, because every builder will have assumed something different. The concierge service fixes that before it happens.

Builders pay Poolified a fee to unlock briefs, and can pay for panel membership. That means we earn money from builders as well as from you. We don't accept commission on any build, we don't rank builders by what they pay us in your matches, and your concierge fee buys our time — not a recommendation. If you'd rather get independent advice with no connection to us at all, an independent building consultant or a registered building inspector is a good alternative, and we'll say so.
