Buying safely on the marketplace

Inspect before you pay — Poolified connects you, the deal is yours.

The marketplace is a classifieds platform: you deal directly with the seller, and Poolified doesn't process marketplace payments or offer buyer protection on private sales. That keeps it free and simple — and it means the usual rules apply:

Inspect the item in person before paying — always, no exceptions for a 'great deal'
Pay on pickup where possible; be wary of any seller who won't allow inspection
For pools and shells, check for repairs and ask for any documentation
Buying from a Trade seller? Businesses carry Australian Consumer Law obligations private sellers don't
