Yes, from Plan & billing → Manage billing. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you keep access until then. Your project data isn't deleted.

No — once a homeowner's contact details are revealed, the fee is final, whether or not you win the job. You can read the full brief before deciding to unlock, so you're never paying blind.

Up to four builders can unlock any brief. Your details are only shared with builders who pay to take your specific brief — never sold or broadcast.

They come off the panel until it's reinstated. Verification isn't a one-time stamp — licences and insurance are re-checked.

Not for private sales — buyers and sellers deal directly, which is why we recommend inspecting before paying. Subscriptions, unlocks and featured listings are processed securely by Stripe.

It drafts — a listing, a brief, a site log, a quote note — and a person always reviews before anything is saved or sent. It never invents facts or prices, and it can't take actions on your account by itself.
