Your portal during the build

If your builder manages the job on Poolified Pro, you get a client portal for your build. It's where the paperwork side of the job stops being text messages:

• Confirm your selections — tiles, colours, equipment — with the price shown, timestamped and locked once you approve
• Sign variations before extra work starts, so there are no surprise bills at the end
• See progress updates and weather delays as they're logged
• Keep every product warranty in one register that's still there years later

If something looks wrong in your portal, talk to your builder first — it's their job site and their records. The portal just makes sure you're both looking at the same facts.
