Poolified AI: what it does and the rules it follows

Poolified AI is a set of tools built into the work: it drafts quote notes from the brief, sorts your dictated site logs, answers platform and job questions in the corner tab, and helps homeowners write briefs you can actually quote.

The rules it operates under never bend:

• It drafts — a human reviews and commits everything. It never sends, signs, deletes or moves money
• It records only what was actually said or is actually in the job — it never invents prices, dates or facts
• Everything it proposes is checked by the platform before it reaches a field

Usage is metered: trial accounts get 10 AI actions a month, paid plans get a monthly allowance that resets on the 1st. Every form the AI can fill also works the classic way.
